The District consists of approximately 151.52 acres located in the northeastern portion of the City of Parkland in the State of Florida. More specifically, it is located in Sections 26 & 35 of Township 47 South, Range 41 East. The District is bounded on the north by Lox Road, on the west by unplatted land and Parkland Lakes PUD, on the south by Parkland Lakes PUD and on the east by Cypress Cay, John H. Quigley Park, Parkland Utilities Water Treatment Plant, and unplatted land.
Water management system, drainage system, roadway improvements, curb, sidewalk, guardrail, and street lighting.
